I cannot begin to express how great this place is.I needed help with my electric scooter, so I Googled 'bike repair shops near me'. The first two places I called basically told me - in kinder words - that they don't associate with my kind (the scooter riding kind).I tried calling Bike Edmonton Community Workshop, but didn't get an answer, so out of desperation, I decided to show up in person, and I'm ***so*** happy that I did.When I arrived, there was even another girl there getting help with her scooter!Even after admitting that they aren't experts in scooters, they didn't hesitate to help me.After missing my call, the shop manager even called me back within 15 minutes. What business calls back random missed calls? Amazing service. Shout out to both Greg and Larry. I cannot recommend this place enough.This place is run by volunteers and I swear they all helped and offered advice for fixing my scooter. They were all patient and kind, and willing to basically experiment until it was fixed. I honestly don't know what I would have done if they hadn't helped me.I did miss it when I drove past the first time, so I've attached a photo for reference.

Best bike and best service staff response for issues and queries is very fast...staff is helpful...used it for Uber foods delivery....worth every penny....Definitely rent it again

Great service. I went to this busy place to get a bike tire fixed. They did the repair while we waited and the price was more than reasonable.

I am a senior and wanted an update to a more comfortable bike. Ed from Ideal Bike was so helpful.I enjoyed the process of choosing my new bike. Ed spent time with me and was so knowledgeable. Great customer service.

First time in, great service. Owner is great and only charged 23 bucks for a brake repair on the spot. One of those good companies as wheel could have needed a repair and said not needed you will fine. No up sell. :)

From start to finish, our experience renting e-bikes with The Pedaler was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and explained in detail how to operate the e-bikes. They answered all of our questions and even highlighted some amazing places to go to while we were riding around. The e-bikes were easy to use and also came with a lock so we were able to stop at places and lock up the bikes if we wanted to explore. It was such an amazing way to view parts of Victoria that we had never seen before. I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone thinking of renting e-bikes while on the Island. Thank you so much for making our experience wonderful. We will be back again to see you the next time we visit!! You have incredible staff as well as an incredible selection of bikes to choose from. Thank you again so much!!!

We did a large family bike along the coast, Charles and Jordan at the peddler were awesome! He was very patient getting us all suited up and instructed us on how to use the different styles of bikes suited to everyone's needs. Both were very accommodating when we lost track of time. This was a great activity while visiting the island! Definitely a must to enjoy the beautiful coastline and the lush scenery in the downtown.

I and my son went there with broken pedals and tube. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We found what we need with very reasonable price. I have no problem at all to go in with mask on my face. Volunteer are seniors and definitely need more protection.
